County Lines, Gangs, Knife Crime & Child Criminal Exploitation

The term County Line is used to describe gang and criminal networks that are involved in the transportation of illegal drugs within the UK.  This often involves the exploitation of children and vulnerable adults to transport drugs and money, and will often rely on coercion and intimidation tactics, violence, and weapons.
